After receiving a degree in Accounting, Jack started to work for his in-law's Tool & Die business – established in 1965. His first introduction (other than books) to cost accounting was as a controller with many responsibilities – including job costing.  

After leaving the shop, he went to work for a software company – Lilly Software working with VISUAL Products.  While he worked on the Financial part of the ERP, had wide exposure to manufacturing.  Again cost accounting played a large part in what he did at Lilly Software. During this time he met Tim and Marty.

He then started Travis Consulting, where he sold and serviced VISUAL customers and we were one of the first VISUAL Jobshop partners.

Jack has been on both sides of 'managing partner' and being a partner as he worked for other software companies over the years.  He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting.

With an MBA and undergraduate degree in accounting, Marty has engaged in several projects and roles as a Business Solutions provider. Prior to working in the Software Industry, Marty was an accountant with manufacturing companies. He began working with ERP software packages during his time at Lilly Software. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with both Tim and Jack.
He has diversified experience in manufacturing and financials. For more than 25 years in the software industry that continues to strengthen my ability to provide solutions.

Tim is a native Houstonian with a Bachelor of Business/Finance from The University of Houston (Go, Cogs). He has worked in the manufacturing industry since high school and again while attending U of H. 

In 1985, he began working with ERP software with software pioneer Dick Lilly. His work there included major projects in the area of sales and technical consulting.

His vast product experience includes: ProfitKey International, ProMax Informix-based manufacturing and distribution, Infor Visual ERP and JobShop and Cloud Suite Industrial – Syteline and SYSPRO.
